Largest Medal of Honor Presentation Since World War II

According to an article in the Washington Post on February 21st the President will award Medal of Honor to two dozen veterans including 19 who were overlooked because of their racial or ethnic backgrounds. This unusual presentation is the culmination of a 12 year Pentagon review ordered by Congress. The recipients served in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. Just three of the 24 who will be honored are still alive.
